SmartReader Problem

As in title, I made a reset via phone menu (settings-memory- clear memory -- don't sure, my menu is in Italian)

I delete my 8gb internal ram too.

Now my smart reader starts, but

1) if I try to get business card it say " Impossible recognize"

2) if I try to start traslation I get "Impossible to load PowerDIC"

languages listed as available are English and French - any way to add some?

Another question

I don't find anymore the settings to "wake up" from suspension; now I can do it only with one button, but I remember a menu with other possibilities: any button, touchscreen, ...

any suggestion?
