Is the task switcher native to WM 6.5 or part of Samsung UI?

There are things I like and dislike about the various apps/bloatware of O2 out of the box, but the task switcher reall blew me away.

It's a little slow to start, but I really like the way it displays the currently running programs.

Is it part of Win Mo 6.5 or Samsung's UI?

Task switcher is from samsung.. task manager part of Winmo software.
