Problem with texting on Omnia II

After a reset of the phone the SMS spell check is enabled but after a while of texting the spell check disables itself and I have no idea how to re-enable it.

Does anyone know how I can solve this?

If you have samsung keyboard there is key ModeXT9, when XT9 is grey is not spell check enabled when green is enabled

Press and hold the MODE/XT9 key to toggle the XT9 on and off.
