Hey,

I like your idea to assign the work button to open the calendar. So I downloaded the software and installed it. But now I'm a bit lost. Can you maybe make a list of steps you should take?

Thanks!

hi, here's how i did it:

1. start aebplus

2. select file - add button

3. press work/life key - select add button

4. in main menu select the button you just added by pressing and holding it

5. select handle with aeb

6. select single press

7. select run application

8. choose the app you want

seems to work ok

It seems it's not possible to map the long press for work/life button. But there's a way to make it launch custom action while You are at Today Screen.

1) Download Mortscript

2) rename the mortscript's dummy.exe to modeswitcher.exe

3) copy it to windows folder with resco explorer, total commander or similar, replacing the old one

4) make a mortscript modeswitcher.mscr and make it do whatever you want, copy it to windows folder

5) reset

Et voilĂ  - now the long press for WL button runs Your script.

For some reason this only works while You are on Today Screen. Maybe it depends on ROM You are using, some ROMs support the WL button remapping anyway.
