disable application lock

Is there any way to disable the application lock?

I've read and done what's been explained here but no luck so far.

I have an app for which I get this error when I run it:

The file 'application' cannot be opened. Either is not signed with a trusted certficate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file.

I'm running WM 6.5 on NXXII9.
