Dunno really but you can already choose by default for: "DNSe 2.0" (Digital Natural Sound Engine), "WOW HD" (and CS-HP which is greyed out) on our Omnia's (You can set this in the Samsung TouchPlayer settings).

Didn't test it but after google'ing for you I found a progam called "Conduits Pocket Player" which seems to be able to handle this plugin.
