Roadsync, switching from peak->off-peak stops

My roadsync (on u8230 1.7) client, syncs automatically every 15min off peak, and then when it gets to 7:30 - when peak times start, and it is set to every 5 min, it stops syncing (according to the log), until I open up the client again, in which case it then works.

The same thing then happens when it changes back to off-peak

(taskiller has it on it's ignore list)

Any ideas?
