"see through"windows taskbars in touchwiz

I'm looking for a way to get the touchwiz today screen black taskbars to become see trough, like they are in the default wm6.5 and in the start menu (but then without turning touchwiz off..)

I've been searching all over the web but haven't found what I'm looking for, is it even possible?

Exactly what i had asked for about a couple of weeks back, with no result. I really wish some one takes it up, shouldn't be very difficult, should it?
