Oh no my time panel is frozen again.......

my time panel on the windows default home page is frozen again at 5:05PM January 22. I solved the last freeze only be formating my system, I don't want to do that again. any ideas?

the correct time still shows in the clock and the lock screen, only the panel on the today page is frozen.

I think it simply stopped updating because it does not change even when I change the time zones.
