Samsung Phone interface

Hi,

1. On Samsung Phone interface, how can I eliminate from the list Voicemail?

2. Also, how can I set up by default my choice on Menu > View?

Any setting I choose (All Calls or Speed Dials), after closing it reverts to Calls and Contacts.
