Language problem

Hello

Sorry for my bad English.

I flashed my I8000 with PDA_I8000NXXIJ9_HW_40 ROM and i have little problem when changing language, for me it start default in French language but popup messages ( forexample if i want soft reset phone is writen in english)and when i try to change language to english, phone is changing language and then restart , then before full boot there is screen with options to chose language or i dont know but it pass so quick that i cant even read what is on just i see that phone chose alone this french and boot in french language.

I hope i was not to much dificult in explanation.
