Volume Rocker Not Responding ?

Has anyone had the volume rocker stop working, possibly only in one direction, etc? Also another symptom would be that the end key will not shut down the phone. Battery must be pulled, but the phone works fine besides those problems, it's not like it is locked up. Once battery is reinstalled the problem goes away , but its happened multiple times.

We do have SPB shell and a few other programs.

My phone had this problem once, and my girlfriends multiple times and she's getting frustrated.

Looks like a software issue. I suggest backup everything, hard reset. If problem gone after hard reset, it will be back once you restore from backup. If not gone, then it might be a flash issue. Flash another version. If even after this the problem persists, it's a hardware issue (but I doubt that, most likely it's something you installed). So backup and play uninstall until you find the culprit(s) and post your results here, so others can benefit.
