Carry out cabs and exes for I8000

I am interested in builting applications for WM which uses WVGA (but also in building "normal application"). Can anybody help me to find the best Software Development Kit?

I asked that here, to this community forum, because I saw that the best programs are MoDaCo marked :)

Ok, now I understood that *.cab files are something like only an installer; so now I am interested in making the real program, the *.exe one! Anybody can help me, please? I would like to program in C or C++, is this a hard request?
