Guest Mantisen Posted February 20, 2010 Report Posted February 20, 2010 If you have the kitchen 5.0.2 you can update to 5.0.3 and keep the kitchen add-ons.
Guest surfsmurf Posted February 20, 2010 Report Posted February 20, 2010 Just updated to 5.0.3 over baked custom 5.0.2. Works fine. 5.0.3 is astoundingly fast! Install Home++ to make it sooooo much smoother.
Guest K69 Posted February 20, 2010 Report Posted February 20, 2010 If you have the kitchen 5.0.2 you can update to 5.0.3 and keep the kitchen add-ons. Doesn't work very well. Wave Secure is gone (altough the market says its installed).

Guest Dayzee Posted February 20, 2010 Report Posted February 20, 2010 If it is removed, you can add it manually using files and instructions here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=627044 Got it working for me earlier before kitchen was available. I did this - Nandroid then wiped -flashed the rom -Followed instructions in link for adding A2sd - rebooted. - Fastboot flashed the data.img from the nandroid back onto phone. All working fine :D Dayz xx
Guest joeld79 Posted February 20, 2010 Report Posted February 20, 2010 (edited) flashed base configuration with additions 5.0.3 over 5.0.2 everything works except no usb mounting, reverted back via nandroid mounts fine....wiped, flashed 5.0.3 still no usb mount yet can adb/droid explorer transfer etc...any ideas? edit : definitely related to the new kernel, updated to the new kernel on 5.0.2 and lost usb mount Edited February 20, 2010 by joeld79

Guest android_lovah Posted February 21, 2010 Report Posted February 21, 2010 any chance in updating the kitchen to 5.0.3.1?
Guest Dayzee Posted February 21, 2010 Report Posted February 21, 2010 What are the commands to do a fastboot flash please? Make sure the data.img is in your sdk/tools folder (Or same place as fastboot.exe) Reboot into fastboot USB in terminal, type fastboot devices (to check if your device is seen - if its not you have an SDK /driver problem) fastboot flash userdata data.img then reboot :D Dayz
Guest bazzawhite Posted February 21, 2010 Report Posted February 21, 2010 Am I missing something. It says there is a kitchen for this ROM but I don't see any kitchen for baking. I have Modaco Plus.

Guest Dayzee Posted February 21, 2010 Report Posted February 21, 2010 Its in the first post of this thread. :0) just check and uncheck as you want then click bake at the bottom. (The core bit is in anyway which is why you can't check it) Dayz xx
Guest bazzawhite Posted February 21, 2010 Report Posted February 21, 2010 Ahh I figured out the problem. In no script romraid was blocked and therefore I couldn't see the kitchen. Problem solved.
