Nope, not yet.

As of 0900 US/Pacific, Kitchen is still broken for CM.

Build fails to include:

WaveSecure

Titanium Backup

WiFi Tether

Desire Camera

Though it does now build with QuickOffice.

My guess is that all efforts are going into Froyo builds and this will not be resolved until much later (if at all, since CM will probably update in Froyo next versus 2.1).
