Guest Nanu*1 Posted January 30, 2010 Report Posted January 30, 2010 Nothing like leaving it to the last minute eh! :) P I must admit there is a certain buzz to it! :-) First time I have done it myself too, my accountant has gone AWOL!
Guest BTJ Posted January 30, 2010 Report Posted January 30, 2010 (edited) Strange error... I thought I would brush dust off my twitter account and installed tweetcaster... The problem is that when using wifi, tweetcaster is not able to connect to twitter.com... Disabling wifi makes tweetcaster work... What's strange, is that all the other apps I have tried that uses the wifi network, has no problem at all... Is this a wifi problem or a tweetcaster problem? btw, I am running the 2.6.29 highmem kernel.... BTJ Edited January 30, 2010 by BTJ
Guest batista70 Posted January 30, 2010 Report Posted January 30, 2010 Ok flashed this one : 2.6.29 kernel with memory bank patch (29/Jan) * This option installs a version of the 2.6.29 kernel WITH the patch for accessing the second bank of memory. May cause stability issues, use with caution. Till now everything works well :)
Guest Paul Posted January 30, 2010 Report Posted January 30, 2010 Handy! :) My accountant (= wife) can't get away that easily. B) P

I have read the posts with adb and removing maps. I'll become the message "failure" Could anybody please help me by removing "Maps" from Nexus? Or is it okay to bake the ROM without Maps ? I think Maps is still in there then, or?
