Call History List Screwed Up??

I just hard reset a phone, installed spb and such, now the call log only is showing peoples pictures, rather than names numbers, etc. Most of the contacts dont have a picture set so the history log is useless. Any ideas? Is there some setting, or some way for someone to send me the database to restore this to factory? Don't want to spend another few hours re-hard resetting and installing over again.

This is with SPB mobile shell 3.5.3 and mskip
