recovering deleted contacts

i was playing a little with my new phone it's a HTC and accidently deleted all my contacts... is there a way to recover them?

If you have the contacts on your PC or you have set up the Myphone service so you can sync back.

If not then unfortunately you have lost your contacts from your device.

well if u would have updated it to microsoft my phone then also u can get back ,
