How to disable lock screen?

I've read somewhere that "you should disable the lock screen to gain memory", but couldn't find anything about it on Google nor here. Is there a way to avoid loading the lock application: i.e, no putting the lock screen on wake up?

This is one of the standard settings Samsung Settings --> Second tab from the left Display and Light --> click View more --> Lock Screen disable
