I have the i8000L, and I don’t know if this is normal or not.

I don’t understand why the voicemail box number doesn’t change when I put in a new sim card from a different provider. The only problem I have is that I can’t even manually change the voice mail number. Does anyone have any ideas or advise on how to change the voice mail box number that is stuck in the settings? Everything else is programmed when I put in a sim card (SMS, call forwarding) but not the voice mail box.

Are you not able to enter this in Samsung settings under Phone Settings > Message > Voicemail

I am able to enter the Samsung settings, but not able to change the voicemail number
