I love listen music with the phone trough earphones. But since i have it i want to increase the volume trough earphones.

I now that you have to change the values in (*#0002*28346#) menu, in Music 4p earphones.

I have found that the best way to gain the volume without losing quality is to change values in:

MAX 9877

1.Speaker Volume Control (01h)

SPKVOL4-0 "00000"

2.Left Headphone Volume Control (02h)

HPLVOL4-0 "11111" (ORIGINAL VALUE: "10111")

3.Right Headphone Volume Control (03h)

HPRVOL4-0 "11111" (ORIGINAL VALUE: "10111")

The problem is when i listen some music with these values and i lock the screen or blank the screen (in nitrogen player), the screen turns on again by itself.

Other values can gain the volume but also decrease the sound quality.

Any help? or suggestion

Thanks a lot

I was having trouble getting music through my headphones at a good volume too until I tried your settings. The volume now is perfect yet I can't listen to music as it now skips every few seconds..... Anyone got any suggestions?? :(

2.LOUT 3 Power.....etc

L3VL7-6 11

3.Lch Output Volume Control

OVL7-0 00011001

4.Rch Output Volume Control

OVR7-0 00011001

I dont know what player are you using but i have found out after many many tests that Pocket Player is the best for me, it has a very very good sound quality, good eq and also a seccion inside option "DSP" in witch you can have many audio filters and more, one of them is a preamp for volume (i have set mine in "6") and i have to say that the audio is louder and good in terms of quality.
