tilt scrolling

I dont know if everybody knows already or if its just an addition to the amdzero rom but in the samsung photo application when i put it in landscape mode while in a folder in the single photo view i can tilt it left or right to scroll from picture to pitcure. its pretty cool

I have the stock rom and when I put My Pictures in landscape mode tilting the phone does not scroll through the pictures. I have the Verizon version of the O2.

I found this by accident too. Although it is not very functional as sometimes when you tilt, it will scroll one picture or sometimes a sudden bust of scrolling speed and you finish half the album just like that. lol Well, in that way it is usefull if you want to forward to the middle or to the end of the album.

But never thought not all o2 has this.

Ok I confirm I had this when I bought the phone. Stock ROM 6.5 IJ9

Yeah, it was stock on the i8000 and i920. There's also a wheel view when in the my pictures app in landscape. Good ideas, just their implementation isn't coded quite well enough to make it fluid. But like you said, it can be useful when dealing with a large picture library.

I too have an i920 and it works fine for me. Stock ROM, same as yours.

Not sure why mine is not working. When I have it in landscape mode with the arc of pictures present, and I tilt the phone nothing happens until I tilt it far enough and it just goes back to portrait mode. Can someone else with an i920 check the version of My Pictures on their phone. Mine is Version 1, Build 91012.2032.3656.

Same here. No tilt scrolling... it just flips to vertical if I tilt it far enough. BTW - I'm running yardi4life's 23529 custom ROM.

I'm using the stock (updated) ROM for the Verizon i920, but no tilt scrolling.

Ah...

Now I see. It doesn't work in the arc - you have to touch one of the pictures to open it to full screen and then it tilt-scrolls.

I agree it's not very fluid but it is cute.

Thanks for figuring that out. I've been acting like a dope trying to get the photos to scroll in the arc.
