guys

how we compare M2D rom , with lite rom

of course , there are less need for ram memory in the light rom than in M2D roms , causing it to be faster

i think we should compare the light rom with each other and the M2D rom with each other

so one is interest in M2D , will know which one is the best , and the same for the one interest in light rom

I'd like to see my minotaur v2 24001 benchmark

your vote is too subjective. must include versions of Rom. (you forgot the other leaders such as laurie9300.cruddash.smaury. bruno adler.sinan, Dayspring2099.anzo.mr hammer etc... ...)

hello crazy weirdo where have you been? do you still have your omnia !! haven´t see you in manila themes lately :(

first time using sktools so I´m not sure I did this right.

I got two readings, a higher one with phone connected to pc and a lower one with phone unplugged.

Lots of things install on my phone but it was an ultralite version from Pdhee.

slds,

The best build is the 236xx. I have used 23616, 23620 and 23626 form diferent cookers.

Very fast, stable, all systems works fine, batery nevers end...

my favorite chefs are (in no particualar order) p_dhee, ock, nick and the legendary shokka. i use com2 builds (218xx) just because of it's compatibility to my 3rd party softwares. i find steff's roms to be very fast and stable also but since he does not cook com2 builds, i haven't been testing his roms lately.

Just out of curiosity.....

Can somebody benchmark a few of my ROMs (old be it, but very nice!)

Thanks....

6.1 and 6.5 if possible, be interesting to see how they compare to others and also old against new?

Much appreciated.

i do....

its to do with the slots (virtual RAM)..... 6.5 is different and is capable of more processes etc than 6.1.

See here if 'you are really' concerned :(

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.p...amp;postcount=2

but i meant my 6.1's compared to other 6.1's...

Thanks bro!

I think you maybe need to get the tests from at least 3 different phones, I'm sure that each phone will give different readings judging by the responses in each thread regarding speeds but then again realistically when using how much can you really notice? I flash almost everyone's ROM and most of the time can hardly see any difference in speed for same builds, just depends on whats cooked in like M2D etc. I personally think people are getting too carried away with hopes of using another rom because its 1 millionth of a second quicker than the other. My point is how many seconds faster is one ROM running compared to another doing certain tasks? :(

Fully agree with you, Sb. I'm not really a fan of benchmarks cause the readings tend to fluctuate even on the same rom :(

Just pick a rom that suits you best, you won't go wrong with the roms here :(
