Blackberry os on o2

Is there hope for us users to cook ROM with Blackberry OS?

I saw this os for tp2 and hd2.

If you read the posts there is no mention of the actual blackberry OS, also why would you ever want a blackberry OS on your phone in the first place?

As for me, I have quite a number of friends using Blackberry Messenger. By installing the application suite, I am able to chat with them.
