Hey all,

I use the typical today screen (in items on today I've selected "Date", "Calendar", etc...).

When I tap the calendar plugin it opens to the Samsung Calendar, however, when I tap on the Date plugin it opens to the Microsoft Clock application.

Does anyone know how I can have the plugin launch tclock.exe instead of clock.exe?

If this isn't clear just say so and I will try to explain it better.

Thanks in advance!

i'm pretty sure there is a registry hack for it, but unfortunately i don't know what it is :D

i'm positive someone in the forums knows how to do it though.

try looking around in HKLM\Control Panel\Today

and see if you can find anything in there that might control it. i never even used the today screen so i have no exprience with modifying it though.

I hope so, I spent 2 hours searching the registry for 'clock.exe'. I hope it's not directly in the DLL or something.

If you're out there! HELP!

CALENDAR

Go HKLM/software/microsoft/shell/rai/MSCALENDAR

and replace :MSPOUTLOOK calendar

with

"\windows\tcalendar.exe" /next or

"\windows\tcalendar.exe" /all or

"\windows\tcalendar.exe" /new

---------------------------

With "\windows\tcalendar.exe" /next it takes you to the current day

With "\windows\tcalendar.exe" /all it takes you to your next appointment

With "\windows\tcalendar.exe" /new it takes you to the appointment creation screen

CLOCK

HKLM/software/microsoft/shell/rai/msclock. Replace the clock.exe with "\windows\tclock.exe" on string 1

thks to gchris :D

Tried this...still pops up Microsoft Clock. Even after soft reset. :D

I know at least the calendar change works (just the /next though. /all and /new aren't functional).

I'm having the same problem, but with the SMS application. I've tried changing the :MSINBOX and :MSPOUTLOOK "1" keys, but Today (Titanium) keeps opening the default tmail application. Any ideas?

it works perfectly. you just have to put exactly the hole path

"\windows\tcalendar.exe" /next or

"\windows\tcalendar.exe" /all or

"\windows\tcalendar.exe" /new

with "" and spaces.

just copy and paste

NOTE: This is true if you have tcalendar and tclock by default on your rom. If you have like me (on my storage) you have to put:

CALENDAR

1 - "\My Storage\Program Files\Samsung\Calendar\tcalendar.exe" /next

2 - "\My Storage\Program Files\Samsung\Calendar\tcalendar.exe" /all

3 - "\My Storage\Program Files\Samsung\Calendar\tcalendar.exe" /new

CLOCK

"\My Storage\Program Files\Samsung\Clock\tclock.exe"
