Guest Chad Petree Posted February 18, 2010 Report Posted February 18, 2010 Why does opera have 2 mobile browsers? which is better?
Guest wick220 Posted February 18, 2010 Report Posted February 18, 2010 (edited) Opera Mobile is the Windows Mobile version of Opera, it renders pages at the device level. The Opera Mini browser is a Java based browser (any phone with Java can use this). Opera Mini renders pages through Opera's servers, thus is much quicker than Opera Mobile, but has less features. Basically: Opera Mobile: Windows Mobile Phones Opera Mini: Any phone with Java I personally prefer Opera Mobile v. 10. It's MUCH faster than v 9.5 but not quite as fast as Opera Mini. I would recommend that you try both, you may like Opera Mini more than Opera Mobile. Edited February 18, 2010 by wick220
