Turn Off Samsung Phone Lock Screen

Hello All,

Well i have looked and looked for something that can tell me where the settings/reg is for the Samsung Phone call lock screen and how to turn it off. I have cooked my phone with my set of cabs and this seems to be the only thing hanging on that i would like to change.

Update: found a way threw PhoneEx to achieve what im needing just wondering if there was a reg that could also change this?

Update: Now need to clarify which part i want to turn off & at this point to turn off the Samsung dialer makes to front keys stop working so i don't want to turn off the whole dialer just the call lock screen.
