Guys, unplug any extra usb devices you have (printers, controllers, hubs, etc.) as the ACER Tool seems to get confused... it semi-bricked my device because it TRIED to flash my printer! HA XD

Just letting anybody know... It's fine now, and this new 2.1 ROM = the win.

Guys, adb remount isn't working... I get permission denied, even after root. @Malez: what to do?

Is Malez and all the other stuff absolutely needed? I mean: should one flash only the BIN, will the phone be usable as usual? Is it still possible to go back to the 2.000.16?

I only flashed the bin. It's 10x better than any modded Evil or LCR ROM (no offense), with multitouch, new radio. Go for it, you won't regret. The signal strength is better, and I think VOIP works now, too.

I think that with the root of the recovery adb remount won't work.. With lickon was so..

Did you try the malez's recovery option for install busybox?

use titaniums options to dl busybox ie press the problem button
