Battary won't charge on total flat.

Hi, don't know if any one got this problem.. it seem that my phone refuse to charge my battary when it is totally flat (cannot switch on @ all). I have no problem using USB to charge it. it only the orginal wall charge that it is rejecting. Once there is some batt in the battery, i replug to my wall charger than it will started to charge. I not sure when this happen, cause i did try a few time before charging from a total flat battary, it only recently that i discover this problem.. I am current using custom rom created by Khuanchai, i8000KC23090A5_Lite version. Not sure if this is rom problem cause i only discover this problem after flashing a few roms.

Anyone got the same problem?

I cannot say that I'm having the same problem, but it does seem odd nonetheless. I can say that with my old Blackberry, I would have to leave that plugged into the wall for at least a good hour before I could switch it on - from a flat dead battery.

Is your battery life normal when it does have a full charge? Normal depends on what you're doing with the phone, but if you're going flat again after just a few hours, then I'd say that it's time to get a new battery, my friend.

it is a strandard feature in new phones, esp.samsung. You cannot charge empty battery via usb, but only using wall charger.

Please note lipo batteries do not like full discharge cycles! So if you can charge earlier please do so for longer live of your battery.

Don't run your battery all the way down. Next to high temperatures, it's the worst thing you can subject a lithium battery to. Edit: ^^Like he said..

yes my battery life is normal... can last around 2 day plus on full charge and depend on the firmware i use.

funny thing is that i can charge via USB not the wall charger.. loll...

I am not using my phone extensively at the moment but I'm getting a good week out of my battery, it's only when I watch a few films that it then only lasts a couple of days.

erm.. wah. really? any one got the same batt life? my phone battery life have been like this since day 1 of my phone... if really can last 1 week..i must go down to SCC soon...
