How to start/stop WM services

Anyone know how? I need to be able to stop Task Monitor (TKM0:) via a shortcut, or scripting in MortScript.

FDC Task Manager has a command-line option to start/stop services, which I tried, but can't get it to work:

taskmgr.exe /stopsvc "Task Monitor"

I tried all sorts of variations on the name that FDC TM displays for the service, none of them worked. Anyone ever use Freddotcom's to start or stop a service via command-line option?

Or, any other method I can use?
