I was just letting you know that I had already tried reinstalling.. and I do wipe both data and cache each time. I've also let the sync run for hours a few times and still no dice. I've been hoping there was some other magical suggestion or setting I need to change.

Did you set up FB immediately after you set up your Gmail or later on after you had logged in?

Hi,

Thank you for your work Paul.

In fact I only installed your ROM to be able to sync my contacts with MS Outlook by using HTC Sync.

Unfortunately, when I connect the N1 to my PC it doesn't ask me for what I want to do (USB mount, HTC sync...)

Is this a known issue ?

Also, do you a way for do not ask for PIN code when we exit plane mode ?

thx

There's an app installed called MountUSB.

I've seen it but it doesn't allow for HTC sync (it only mounts the sd card)

I hope it gets leaked sooner than that. Release date here i Sweden is mar 22:nd.

And if there is any luck, someone could leak the rom sooner before release.

Waiting...

Just a quick heads up, beta3 of Trackball Alert will hit Market.

It fixes the missed call not changing on Desire ROM.

They work, the response from the light sensor seems to be a little delayed however.

Paul,

any insight on desire live wallpapers? i saw a video today that showed someone using the desire and it had the multicolored wallpaper (the default one) but it was a live wallpaper. the wallpaper is simply titled "Sense". i presume these are left out because the rom is still in the alpha stage and probably wont be available until the full desire rom is released. Do you have any additional insight on the desire's live wallpapers? I love the default wallpaper on your rom but missed using LWPs so this would be perfect! haha

keep up the great work!

Paul, a couple of bugs and glitches I have ran into ois the following:

Phone takes a long time to shut down (Power Off)

Touch Calibration is a issue more so in A14 then any other Alphas Ive used.

Contact pictures in text messages only show after I have finished sending the message.

Phone seems to freeze sometimes.

While on a phone call other party says I sound "muffled" had to restart the phone and place the call again and I was clear again. This has happened three times in one day.

**Of course the Bluetooth Connectivity and Google Car/Home App does not recognize street names.

If the Exchange client sets a notification (even without light) then the Pro version will do this.

If they release desire on April, the actual unit/final ROM wouldn't have Adobe flash player. <_<

Potentially any app which set notifications with or without lights can be added. With pro version you will be able to add the app manually or via a database of apps/notifications I will be building up.

Well after a few more wipes and reinstalls I've finally got it syncing some contacts after leaving it on all night, but it won't complete and it's crushing my battery. Guess I'll have to bake a new rom when I get to a computer. Thanks for helping out, PP.
