Once i press kill all apps it automatically does that. Any suggested task killer?? Advanced task manager, you have to buy, it but if you know how to use the 4shared site you can get the apps for free!!!

Bit of a PITA for me to repackage it all tho, so it won't be today! P No Problem , But I did punch in the APN numbers and guess what SMS works, although you have to download the pics it still works sending too, BT not working as well as the FM, I imagine it is the Kernals like you said. But I am keeping the ROM it on my N1 its fast as hell! much faster than the N1 basic ROM. I cant wait. I am glad I subscribed to MoDaCO thanks again Paul keep up the great work!

Guest toomuchcaffeine Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 new here....tried to search the thread and came up empty with a few attempts, so hopefully i'm not posting something discussed a bunch 20+ pages ago....but i attempted to switch between calls earlier tonight and managed to switch once after multiple tries, but upon trying to switch back i was totally stuck.....both calls eventually hung up on me....i tried to call one of them back and the phone would initiate the call and immediately end.....ended up having to reboot. anyone else experienced this?

I will like to ask you a question or for a favor. I seen a boot animation that I want to load on my N!. Its a splash animation I have seen online. I found the link to download it, But I just do not know if I can replace the one on the Alpha 19 rom and if so I can not find instructions on doing so. Can you help me out?? I have the cyanogenmod boot screen on my alpha 18. :P cyanogenmod is the stock nexus one but cyan. First you will need Android SDK which has ADB tool in order to push the bootanimation.zip file. download your boot animation file (probably called bootanimation.zip) and save it to the tools folder in the android sdk home folder then open command prompt and "cd" to the tools folder from the android sdk. then plug your phone to your computer and type the following: adb remount adb push bootanimation.zip /data/local/bootanimation.zip Reboot your phone and you will have a new boot animation. and please do backup your phone before you do this in case something goes wrong. also it takes longer to boot up the first time so be patient and let it do it its thing. mine took about 4-5 mins so dont rush it. Do you use app called "setCPU". if yes, can you take a screenshot and post it? you can use app called "drocap2" to take a screenshot. (I hope i haven't done anything against the forum rules by posting about those apps. yes i am bad since i haven't read them lol)

I think I've learned that you have to put everything that you are using as a widget in your ignore list. For example, I have the news feed, weather, twitter, music, & facebook widgets active, so I have to put them all on ignore. Now that I've done that, it doesn't restart HTC Sense. (Thank goodness!)

Is that something that can be done on the desire rom. If it can it is no big deal, by desire rom is running great so i dont wanna mess with it if i dont have to. thanks
Guest jutley Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 Does setcpu make any difference on this rom i have it set on ondemand 998max 245min or is this rom oc already at 998max all the time will i benifit from using setcpu at all or is it a waste of time cause the rom already takes care of cpu speeds?

Thanks a lot for this Paul it's absolutely great work! I was going to sell my N1 and go back to my iPhone until I installed this puppy! :P

Radiotime Nd tunewiki are in the market... AlwAys remember that, that once was an issue with the cam and still with minor things and def the BT and FM. The kernel is the key.. Thanks for the recommendation. But I dont have 3g data plan. I have to carry both the nexus one and FM receiver at the same time while jogging.

You just need to pull the bar of max. and min. to be 998MHz.

This is a known problem and has been mentioned a.few times in this thread. This is a small negligible issue.
