Guest Robert Davidson Posted February 23, 2010 Report Posted February 23, 2010 (edited) After reading previous posts about bluetooth pairing I decided to give it a go in my car. I was able to pair using the discoverable trick and then connect by rebooting the phone and for the first time since having this phone every thing worked perfectily, caller display, phonebook contacts display, recent calls in and out display and the audio quality also seems to be a lot better. Very Impressed. Now if only I can get the MMS messages to work. :( Edited February 23, 2010 by Robert Davidson
Guest Mi|enko Posted February 23, 2010 Report Posted February 23, 2010 (edited) i fixed the constant synching by disabling the autoupdating news feed in ... settings>accounts&sync>news disable news sync then reboot I'm using a cooked rom with news removed, so I don't have news as an option for Syncing. Also, reloaded it from scratch (cooked alpha 9) and get the same syncing problem. Interesting to not is, if I go into syncing options and into google, if I hit Sync Now the little sync icon does it's thing but then stops and stays on Google Contacts, but goes off of everything else recording a last refreshed time. Doesn't seem to do this with Alpha 8. It's quite possible it could be something to do with the cooking itself, so I'm going to download the default rom and see what happens. Guest smirnophe Posted February 23, 2010 Report Posted February 23, 2010 Hi everyone ! Nobody talks about it so maybe this issue is present only on my device ! Backlight of softkeys don't work anymore with Desire ROM. I'd like to know if there's an hidden setting in this ROM (I didn't found it!) and/or if I'm the only one having this issue. Thanks again for your work Paul ! You well-deserved your holidays :( ++

Guest mikebeatrice Posted February 23, 2010 Report Posted February 23, 2010 (edited) Anyone figured how to get HTC Sense Live wallpaper with the Sense Mod? the one with the moving bubbles... This was answered literally two or three posts ago (*EDIT* from your post, not my reply)... it wasn't part of the leaked rom. Edited February 23, 2010 by mikebeatrice
