I haven't switched to 10, but did anyone else notice problems with Flash 10 on the Alpha9 version?

its only a lite version of flash, so it will not work on all webpages.

Just joined the forum a few days ago and went ad free . Great job on the rom Paul , this is a big improvement from the stock nexus one rom . I look forward to updates as they come and encourage everyone to be patient and if you experience any issues to be as descriptive as possible with your problems as this will help improve future roms for everyone.

try reducing the caffeine in your diet :(

Guess, I need to cut down on em cigarettes :(

Still, the vanilla Android Cam app took pretty solid pictures even with a shaky hand.

No USB mounting for me on 10 and I don't know if I ever tried on earlier builds. Tried USB mount app but doesn't want to mount. :-( ADB works fine though. Are alot of people having the same problem or is this just a few of us?

I have a 16gb card so not sure if it is a size issue.

Hours? Really?!!!

The answer to your question is 'yes' HTC Sync is built-into the ROM.

The only possible issue may be driver compatibility on the syncing computer side.

Give it a try and see.

Good luck :(

Something for you to look at as soon as your dock arrives Paul, the Alpha10 ROM no longer charges when in the dock :( Alpha9 was fine :'(

I've had this problem since alpha 1 it's not really a problem more of a glitch but its funny/annoying. .. app tray arrow seems to sometimes get tiny and when I open and close it, it becomes fixed anyone else having this?

I use the cooked ROM with the HTC sync functionality. I have version 2.0.18 of HTC sync on my Windows 7 PC. I can see my phone in the device manager, but when I connect the Nexus, HTC sync does not detect the phone. I checked the option "debug mode" on my phone. What's wrong with my config?

I used the newest radio, did you cook yours with it too?

I did, I dont think the radio would cause a charging issue. Mine fired right up when I put it in the Dock, its not perfect like it was with the stock rom but it does charge.

report on battery since alpha 10 install, since noon est, at 100 percent, light browsing, moderate calls, and active sync set to push, receiving a ton of emails, now at 78%. better then before but still not great. Not sure if Paul did any custom work in the kernel but I am seeing a little performance. anyone else seeing a difference?

Sorry bout that. What I mean to say is that Flash 10.1 is not working AT ALL on my version of Alpha9, whereas I then switched back to a backup of 8 and it was back. Is Flash 10.1 working at all on your Alpha9's or 10's? Here's a site that loaded full video on 8 but not since... http://www.themresort.com/

thx!

I did a ctrl + f for "framework" on the past 10 pages and couldn't find the post you mentioned.

Can you link back?

Also, can you share what you've done?? Looks awesome

Odd, I don't get anything, no light indicating it's full charge, the screensaver doesn't stay on or anything.

one major difference between Nexus One stock ROM and Desire ROM that has bothered me quite a bit:

In Nexus One ROM, the major settings such as wifi passwords, bookmarks, installed apps are backed up to your default GMAIL account, and whenever u install a new stock ROM, or switch to a different phone, the backup will automatically restored. Its a rather sweet function and saves loads of time when setting up new phone/new ROM.

However in Desire ROM, it doesnot seem to read any setting backups from GMAIL at all. There is an option to backup settings to SD card, but i haven't actually figure out if it works at all.

I know there are backup apps that can do similar jobs rather easily, but they are generally rather manual when compare to Google's automatic restore/backup.
