Guest robley Posted February 20, 2010 Report Posted February 20, 2010 http://theunlockr.com/2010/01/02/how-to-root-the-nexus-one/ follow those instructions to root it they're simple and step by step and there's a video too. i do have one question though, what exactly is a wipe? i've heard you need to wipe before putting this rom on. i've unlocked my bootloader and rooted, is it just a matter of waiting for Paul to re-upload the rom and follow the instructions on how to install a custom rom from theunlockr? (http://theunlockr.com/2010/01/08/how-to-load-a-custom-rom-on-the-nexus-one/) or is 'wiping' some step i must do before i flash the rom? thanks.

Guest JimmyFraser Posted February 20, 2010 Report Posted February 20, 2010 Still playing with Alpha 3 (with fast booted alpha2boot.img) I have noticed something when I get a notification my trackball glows white like normal but the LED up the top right starts to glow green aswell (like when the phone is fully charged) which is interesting.
