I'm totally new to Android and there's a few different guides here, but they all seem quite old. Can anybody please point me in the right direction to get started? I thought I'd made it clear that I had found guides, but was looking for someone to vouch for one as being still relevant, as most seem quite old. Never mind. But tbh it really isn't for anyone here to tell you exactly how/what to do it, that's not really what the forum is for. There are plenty of guides available if you do indeed Google the subject. Guest b1ck132 Posted February 20, 2010 Report Share Posted February 20, 2010 http://theunlockr.com/2009/08/27/how-to-ro...o-in-one-click/ won't work for you, unless you downgrade mate. 2.73.405.66 is a patched ROM, so you need to dowgrade to 2.73.405.5 to be able to root in one click.
