Guest xian1243 Posted May 30, 2010 Report Posted May 30, 2010 We don't have drivers for FM Radio, so the Liquid Stream radio app will NOT work, no matter how hard you try. Check dump thread, someone posted the contacts, you can use them on the liquid.
Guest Vincent227 Posted May 30, 2010 Report Posted May 30, 2010 Trust acer if you want. For me you have hardware problems. I have managed to restore the backup you had provided me, wiath the same software as you. Noone conplains about problems with recovery, only you. Change your sd card, reformat it, do a clean nandroid backup, restore it. Unfortunatly, we can't do no more for you. Well i will test it without LCD 1.6, and i will test it without 2.1.. Thanks anyway... Vincent
Guest greves Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Would someone mind explaining how to change from black to white? I'm a bright kind of guy and the ROM is awesome but the darkness is getting me down! Haha.

Guest kristophe Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 @MALEZ or devs Do you think you will provide us a permanent patch for touchscreen sensivity as update.zip ?
Guest malez Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 @MALEZ or devs Do you think you will provide us a permanent patch for touchscreen sensivity as update.zip ? You will find a batch file to increase sensivity permanently on LCR download page (thanks to Shreps) http://acer-liquid-community-rom-bugtracke...h%20file%29.zip It works under windows : - Put both 2 file in the same directory as your adb tool - Plug your phone on USB - Under Windows Vista or Seven, right click on sensitivity_install_LCR1.6 => run as adminstrator, otherwise jsut click on it - Script will ask you the sensitivity level you want (25 is a good value). The less the value is, the more the sensibility is. Don't set less than 20 To modify sensivity, re-execute the script and set another value. To uninstall run sensitivity_uninstall_LCR1.6 in the same way I can't provide an update.zip for the moment, sorry
Guest malez Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Sensitivity as an update zip for LCR http://www.4shared.com/file/K04ailUT/LCR_1...atch_no_si.html Install it with NO SIGN CHECK option. Value is set to 25. To uninstall or change value use the same way as if you had do it by hand (uninstall is done using adb shell "rm_run sensitive.sh") I can't really test it for the moment so keep me informed so i can upload it to official LCR page. Thank you

Guest Gryx Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Get this error with the batchfile: adb is not recognized as an internal or external command, operal program or batch file
Guest malez Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 (edited) Get this error with the batchfile: adb is not recognized as an internal or external command, operal program or batch file if you have used the files provided in superboot.zip, maybe your adb command in named adb-windows.exe or adb-linux, renamme adb command to your real adb command name in the scripts, or try the update.zip Edited June 1, 2010 by malez
Guest malez Posted June 1, 2010 Report Posted June 1, 2010 Please report if update.zip for sensitivity works. That is not in my habits not to test all but, unfortunatly, i was not able to test in depth. So please report so i can officially publish it. Thank you
Guest malez Posted June 2, 2010 Report Posted June 2, 2010 Sensivity patch as an update.zip has be added to LCR download page.

Guest tonemgub Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 Talking about performance. Did someone try to use "Linpack for Android"? Can you give me your results!
Guest kristophe Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 About performance in linpack 5.502 MFLOPS. Seems to be same in every roms.
Guest malez Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 (edited) Talking about performance. Did someone try to use "Linpack for Android"? Can you give me your results! Talking about feeling instead of just scroring (linpack scrore are different from one run to another). Just test it, you will see by youself. Do you really thing that there will be 2100 downloads in less than one month if the rom does not worth it ? Give it a try and make your own opinion :( Edited June 3, 2010 by malez
Guest kristophe Posted June 7, 2010 Report Posted June 7, 2010 Hi all, LCR team is still the best team, but you (Malez) participate with many other devs as Vache, or PHH, so what about LCR team now ??? Regarding to all the ports (stream, froyo...), how do you think to impress us with new LCR ? Is LCR dead, or can we expect some news ? Anyway, keep it up !
Guest spraoi Posted June 7, 2010 Report Posted June 7, 2010 (edited) I think I may have bricked my Liquid. I went through the steps in the wiki install guide all the way until step 7 where you do the factory reset. The phone did not reboot in recovery mode so I went through the menu and tried to manually use the update from zip or something like that. I slected the zip file I'd downloaded and it seemed to install fine but now all I get is the phone will load with a picture of an Android and text saying 'app2SD by malev' in the bottom right then the screen goes black but with the LCD backlight faintly on. Any suggestions? Edit: Looks like I've figured out how to recover it, flashing 2.1 right now. Will wait for clarification on wiki before attempting another update. Edited June 7, 2010 by spraoi

Guest malez Posted June 7, 2010 Report Posted June 7, 2010 Yes 1.7 is being built, just be patient. You will be informed of all improvements when we will be sure we can integrate them and keep the rom as stable as need. Progress are made everyday
Guest RaZoR Liquid Posted June 7, 2010 Report Posted June 7, 2010 Could you just say on witch bin your next rom will be? Froyo or 1.100??? thanks :)
