I tried with all launchers. I currently use LauncherPro.

Here's my outfile.

Maybe I'll just reinstall.

Your log file is normal.

To set default launcher, press home, check the check ;) "as default", then choose the launcher.

Send me your logcat (using sendlog) just after you have processed this action

If you feel you network connection is a little slow,

you can try to disable network optimization

adb shell network.sh standard

to revert to optimized version

adb shell network.sh high

Could anyone upload it to a mirror? It shows 4 hours for me to complete the download ;)

Since I've did it three hours ago I've never had issues.

I tried with four different SIM Cards (a TIM, two H3G and a Vodafone) and it seems like that the network optimizations break the H3G data connection (so far so good with the other two SIMs, while same problems with H3G).

So, I guess that Italians' H3G users should disable the network optimizations.

This ROM is quite fast but I feel like battery consumption is worst than ever, I've also disabled the live wallpaper but I've drained my battery in just a couple of hours of usage (from 85% to 15% using "only" Twitter and GMail) using standard Android UI and ADW Launcher (with just one widget active and downloading datas once a hour).. now I've uninstalled esTaskManager (I use Taskiller Full) and I'm doing some tests.

No mirrors please. Google is a bit overloaded for the moment. Just be patient.

thank-you

There is an issue with sending receiving MMS on JAPANESE providers that is common for all Android 2.1 ROMs which is discussed here:

https://review.source.android.com/#change,14917

The problem is that "multipart.alternative" messages can arrive blank and not be delivered at all/

unfortunately /system/framework/framework.jar that is responsible for that and sometimes for UserAgent is not easily rewritable.

this is particularly a problem for Softbank - Japan users who are often unable to send/receive MMS.

There is an Mms.apk that fixes the blank messages issue and UserAgent issue and allows Softbank users to send sms. http://android.modaco.com/content/absolute...users-in-japan/ filename is MMS8.zip

Would you please be so kind to consider addind this Mms.apk to LCR or maybe add the fix described at AOSP to LCR?

Thank you

have you noticed that display is set to maximum luminosity by default in lcr1.7? i hope the problem is only this ;)

i'm not sure that auto luminosity work fine... maybe just me...

something else, the liquid is often "ON" when I take it off my pocket... strange..

Awesome work :( Thx to LCR team ;)

Anyway, I see some opengl bugs, running An3DBench, Hero of Sparta, etc. - textures are sometimes little bit broken

..Next question, is it possible to flash Desire theme for 1.100.05 over LCR 1.7?

PS Is it possible to move cache and extend internal memory? Only 135mb for apps on 1.7.. (dont want A2SD)

Themes must be done ON TOP of the current lcr 1.7 files beacuse framework has changed.

To gain space, you can remove apps you don't use with titanium backup and reboot after.

Stop pressing, power button with your leg ;)

In the same way if you touch the screen with your, leg phone won't go in standy mode.

You can test, phone goes in standy mode if you don't touch it

Note that bluetouh works well using "bluetooth file transfer" from market. I was able to transfer and received a file from a nokia.

I guess it is, but asking is always a good thing: is it normal that when I change something in the LCR_UI.txt file and then I reboot it reboots 5 or 6 times and then starts?

Acer Ui have many bugs, I use Android UI, I prefer.

But anyway, good job.

Please do LCR 1.8 based in Froyo yes?? ;)

When a change is applied, phone will reboot twice. As long as setting was not well applied, it will keep trying, then reboot

When using Acer UI style notification bar in LCR 1.7, is it possible to disable the vibration while touching it?

Thanks for your great works, LCR team ;)

Two hours to download it...the file doesn't work (corrompu)

I download it again, and now it remains four hours.

I have to say that i am "dégouté" (i don't know how to say it in english.. :().

However, thanks to the liquid community ;)

You have rebooted ? Note that LCR apps only takes 5Mo in data, not more. Maybe you will gain a little more if you wipe dalvik cache too.
