There is no zoom in camera app, only in camera video recorder.

I will have a look an see if I can integrate the standard camera app and let user choose wick one tu use. (The one one in LCR is really greter than original but has no digital zoom. - It is nearly useless taking picturing because you can crop it later)

wrong u can zoom and out if you set the format to hd!!! XD

Thank you for your answer, so I will preconfigure to this resolution because users often ask for zoom

I am still wondering if I will include the 920 kernel in 1.7.1 patch. I would like to be sure there is no instability reported. Even if a little number of users have issues and most of them don't, I can't permit.

What is the exactact name of the kernel you use ?(kernel-update-920-lcr1.7.zip , kernel-update-920-lcr1.7-ramzswap+TSfix+SVS.zip , or kernel-update-920-lcr1.7-ramzswap+TSfix+SVS-2.zip ).

Please give me an answer

I think you should give to user the choice of the kernel for OC, as like you said, even if 920Mhz seems to work great with a lot of Liquid, some of them have problem with it.

Great ! btw, does the issue with no sound when calling ("biiip biiip biiip", sorry I don't know the english word for that  ) is fixed or is this a lack of the actual leak ?

If the problem happens on different roms, it is relative to goole, not the rom

Hello, I also encountered this problem, maybe if You are sure it's a Google problem , You could add a post in this thread :

http://android.modaco.com/content/acer-liq...ng-to-download/

which somebody opened not much time ago.

Regards

You and PHH and Your team really rock

I encountered the "Starting download" issue, and a full wipe made it disappear, so I don't think it's google related (surely something in /data ....)

+1, 768Mhz is sufficient for me, don't want to overclock it.

Provide it as a patch at least

what is ramswap?

to keep it simple: is a method for having some more ram at the cost of some cpu speed. slower cpu shouldn't be noticable tough.

to be precise it is not ramswap but ramzswap.

Swap is a particular place in which memory associed to loaded application but not active anymore is store. So the application is move from memory to swap. We the application is called, it is moved from swap back to ram. Generally swap in a partition stored on a disk.

This is the general way a swap run.

Ramzswap works the same way BUT the swap is not stored on disk but in memory. If it was just working this way, you can understand you won't have any gain in memory usage. Swap stored in memory is compressed (that is with it is ramZswap and not simply ramswap). The result is a gain in free memory available.

Is there any possibility for increasing voice call volume? Even if the quality becomes s***. Pls help! I really like the LCR 1.7, but on the street i can hardly hear anything when im talking to someone.

Now, I understood perfectly. Thanks

Hey,

I am wondering if anybody is having this 3D problem in LCR 1.7. I used to play a game called Armageddon Squadron (that's the only game I play, I'm not a hardcore gamer) and I am noticing displacement of some objects in the game and a lot of faulty graphics, don't know why's that as it never happened in LCR 1.6. I am wondering if anybody has issues with the graphics too as it really annoys me that I had to downgrade to 1.6 and leave all the awesomeness of 1.7 :) :) :)

I want to go back to 1.7 and specially after I heard that 1.7 p1 is on the way :D :D so is there any possibility to include this bug fix in the new release ..

Thanks

Hi

Malez, don't use the OC kernel with other feature.

For me 998 Mhz "Simple" kernel" work like a charm, but i have some reboots with 920 Mhz + TS + .....

I thinks the "Simple" OC kernel is more stable than others, but the best is to let people choose (You could make this as a patch but only with "simple" kernel which are really more stable)

PS : I have also 3D PB, with asphalt, and armagedon squadron is slower than on donut...
