HI,

I don't understand, each time i install the Patch, i lost the losck sreen (It desapear).

go back o 1.7 and it's OK.

I try the 1.7.1 v2 and it's OK. I don't know why, but with the v1 the lock screen desappear and the notification bar go to the bottom each time (Every thing OK with v1)

Looks like you system parition is full.

Did you installed a theme or an other apps in system before ?

I did not uninstall the launcher pro updates... and yes, i have other market applications installed, like adobe reader, msn talk, astro, fancy widgets, etc...

Do i have to uninstall everything?

Thnk you for the link. I have isntalled it but i can't see any difference with the one already prodided. (Excpet issue with album refreshing when pictures are stored on picasa).

What are news features please ?

BTW I have a strange behaviour but I don't think it's LCR related. I'm using Facebook and linked my FB Contacts with my google Contacts. I don't know why but for some of them, the name that appear on my contacts list is now using the Facebook nick instead of my gmail contact's name. Trying to unlink and then manually link the gcontact with FBcontact don't solve it.

I d'ont have a clue about what happening here, and it's a bit disappointing as when I want to call a friend, I dont find it in my contact list as his name is now the FB's one

But i think this problems don't have nothing about lcr.

Yeah don't think that FB thing is LCR related but I have the same problem as well. I think it is a poorly designed Facebook app.

Hello, I installed the patch. More to the market prob. ( see other thread ) I discovered I have 12 Kernel panic notes in the SD card . Hope I can upload the first and the last here ( I remember I have been for sometime with FRF50 fom Phh and after I reverted to LCR 1.7 and finally I installed the patch:

I have already answerd about different beetwen v1 and v2. If you have no problem, you have no need to install v2

Concerning Facebook, it must be relative to the application.

Hello, I installed the patch. More to the market prob. ( see other thread ) I discovered I have 12 Kernel panic notes in the SD card . You have installed another kernel (phh kernel with ramzswap enabled), not the original one, and you have not mentioned it. (It is a really inmportant information to give)

Post this in phh's kernel thread, not here.

You had a memory corrumptin when using ramzswap. (new feature in this kernel)

Logs can be joint to the post as attachement !

PLEASE EDIT your post and remove your logs (or put them as attachement)

From 1.7 to 1.7.1 (for the moment only a patch is provided, not a full rom, so install it on trop of the 1.7. You won't lose any application or data. (the full 1.7.1 will be provided soon)

* Fixed battery usage (use full android UI, stream UI uses a lot a battery)

* Audio hack for in call sound (a bit louder)

* Fix sound reverb on app like Sipdroid

* Fix slow gallery

* Fix camera (note that zoom in camera is available when taking picture under 2M resolution)

* Ability to use standard eclair AOSP dialer in LCR_UI.txt

* will remove Notes application (Titanium backup it before applying if you want to keep it)

* Updated Google Maps 4.3

* Updated sendlog

* Updated Launcher Pro 0.6.3

* Updated ADW 0.8.9 => If you slide up, status bar will hide/show. If you slide down, notification bar will display

* Updated Titanium Backup 3.2.7

* Updated android term

I flashed this rom yesterday with last patch, i had a nandroid of phhroyo and wanted to go back for try last fixes and i saw mms doesn't work, when i came back to lsr i saw the same problem, anyone have this issue?

Yesterday, i have an iphone 4 in my hand, and, the sliding of the screen is smoothy on the liquid with LCR 1.7.1 + 1 Ghz Kernel than on the iphone (I found the iphone 4 a little laggy sometimes, and really not better than the liquid in launching apps or in navigation, but really much better in gaming).

--> LCR is really a good rom, with patch 1.7.1 the battery is much better than in 1.7 (Only 1 day with 1.7 MAX, and now with the patch, 2 days).

Just one things, it is better to download the v2 patch than the v1 because too many bugs in the v1, and everything perfect with the v2.

Cool, just flashed it, everything seems to work fine (MMS didn't work at first but then the ROM rebooted of it's own accord and now everything seems to work... I assume that's normal, as the same happens with the full rom right?)

V1 patched is deprecated, downlaod v2 instead.

In general, when a file is deprecated, don't download it. There is a newer version available

This might sound silly but how can i manage pre-install apps. i've flashed 1.7.1 rom and I want to change gmail account by setting>application>manage application and then clear cache from gmail apps, but i can't find the gmail application nor other pre-installed apps. how can i do this or are their anyway to change g-mail account?
