V1 was perfect, with V2 turn again like 1.7 normal.

Anybody having strange problems using Handcent with this rom? I get a lot of FCs and restarts when I use it. I actually experienced the same problems back in 1.6 when Handcent went through a major update, and stopped using it for a while. I figured the kinks would have been worked out by now either in the rom or the app. Still getting the same issues. I like Handcent's style but its instability makes it pretty unusable. Any good alternatives?

I use handcent too and it's perfect. no problem

p1v1 and p2v2 have the same battery usage. That lust be an app you have installed that uses battery

Look in battery usage statistics in settings to know what application uses battery

Here i got the same problem, everytime i try to delete a text message, a MMS or the thread of MMS, it force close

I can only open the text with handcent as the messaging app can only to go the thread page, FC when trying to open a thread

EDIT1: in addition, when i am in a thread and receive a new text, pull the notification bar and hit the message, the handcent app FC, strange, only in LCR 1.7. now am on 1.7.1v2, no improvement on this issue

When you launch de full 1.7.1 I will wipe data and apply 1.7.1. And problably this problem will be fixed.

We have no ETA for the moment but we are working on it with vache.

I can't tell you. You can do a factory reset for the moment and your issue will certainly be fixed.

If you put you hand on the top of the device to hide the sensor, does your screen power off ?

I have made this test and it works (but sensor level is to low) but i am under the future kernel so i can't tell.

I am looking at an entry in /dev that could allow to change sensor sensitivity because I have not found a setting for this.

I don"t know. Maybe it will be better with future kernel. Will test tomorrow but i can't help you more. I have no signal lose

Maybe u r moving too fast which cause the doppler effect

Oh chiefs plz help

i try to reflash my liquid with Acer DLT, when i come to the final phase(after the flashing the stock recovery.img system.ing, etc)

the DLT gave the message "Error: Server Connection Fail ", and the phone was just dead

the pc can recognize the phone, i flash it over and over again, the DTL always give the same error message.

This issue never happen before

So chiefs, how to save my liquid? Thanks in advance

P.S. i try to back to 1.100.05 after i flash 1.100.15, and the phone comes to a half brick status... :)

So you phone is originally an EMEA phone and you have flashed an AAPT FET bin file and you are trying to go back to EMEA, right ?

Look inside you acer download tool folder for an xml file for which the date is the date when you have flashed AAPT rom : it will contain you old QCN datas. Then run DLT and select provide qcn file and select your xml file.

Please open another thread because this one is realative to Liquid Community rom and you problem is not relative to it at all.

EDIT: Maybe a silly question but have you simply try to reboot the phone normaly ? I sometime had problem telling "restoration needed" at end of a flash but everything was working fine. You tell me the phone is recognized, In os mode ? In recovery ?

There is another possibility : flash img files in c:\SDCAAPZ by hand. If your baseband was well flashed it could be enough.
