I800L high performance cpu setting

Hi guys, for some reason my I8000L Wont stay on high performance mode. After a few minutes its back on auto. Anyone know of a reason or a fix?

Are you using the Samsung Today screen?

If so, it's a known issue that this program for some reason changes the performance to Auto. There is no solution yet.
