Sad, but true... There is an accelerator, but the Samsung drivers are faaaar from perfect...

Yes the 3d graphics performance of Omnia2 should be superior than Iphone3G but actually it's the slowest! Let's hope samsung will introduce support for Opengles1 and will really improve the opengles2 drivers! Their reputation is at stake

I don't think they care one bit, or they just don't have the expertise/manpower. It was one of the first things raised to them at their own dev community site, but there is still no improvement nor an answer...

That is a pitty. I changed my HTC Touch Diamond 2 to Omnia II in meaning that is more powerful. Than I found out this.

Samsung should do something. Especially if it is a problem of drivers, not hardware.

I suggest that someone will create petition and send it into every forum. If some media will notice that this is happening, samsung have to definately do something!
