They are all png images in the Windows folder with filenames starting with 'Start_", ie: "Start_Icon_About.png" which is referenced in the registry under "HKLM\Security\Shell\StartInfo\Start\Settings\System\cplmain.cpl,5" "Icon" "\Windows\Start_Icon_About.png"

GRRRRRRRR... thanks, alansmith, but unfortunately the one I'm after doesn't seem to be there. That's the USB icon for "Data Connection" above.

I'm doing an exhaustive search of all PNGs on the device to see if I can find it (didn't seem to be any of the PNGs in \Windows), but if someone else knows where, or finds it before me, please post!

Here is a zip of the start icons from my device, I couldn't frind the USB one either, so I spent a few minutes with PhotoShop & included it in the archive (it's not exactly the same as your screenshop, but close)

Of course being somewhat anal retentive about stuff like this, it's going to bug me until I find it. :(
