code hard reset problem

ok ive encountered a new one...i have a I8000L carrier tigo branded wm6.5 build 23529.5.5.0 and the *2767*3855# does nothing. any others have this happen? does anyone else know a master code that will work?

For basic hard reset (wont clear "my storage") Use key combination Volume up, Lock, Call send, and call end. Hold for a few seconds. Hope that helps ya

thanks..already know that one...just wanting a full reset.........never encountered a samsung that didnt take it...
