First Time Flasher - things seem to have stopped...

Hi all,

Ok, so I've read all the stuff and I'm going from 6.1 to Secany's new 6.5 ROM I8000NXXJB1. I've used the full octans, I used the eboot, pda and csc files I turned the phone off then hit detect. It came up as eboot success then the csc has been sitting doing nothing for about 25 minutes now.

Please see attached pic to see where I'm at. The phone has the caution triangle and says "Download Mode" "Do not turn off. It takes about 10 minutes"

Please help. Where have I gone wrong?

I think u need newer version of Octans to flash CSC part of newer roms (like jb1)

Yep you are using thw wrong version. Get the latest, think it's 2.14 now.

Thank you for the quick reply Tacchan. You're right, I ran the wrong one. Re-did it with Octans 2.14 and it appears to be working perfectly! Now to re-install everything!
