How to acticate Voice Command in WM6.5.x?

In the SYS folder of WM6.5.x i see in different languages a folder named VOICE COMMAND.

But how can i activate this function in my handy?

there are ton of software to do that

just install voice commander that's free!

Yes but with 6.5.3 and 6.5.5 ist Voice Commander in the ROM integrated.

But how can i activate this?
