Pop Up Menu Issue

I need some help with this, in my popup menu the first line, and the arrowheads at the top and the bottom are gone, i have to tap on them to make them appear, I believe but I am not sure it was after an optimizatio with SKtools Optimize option, I just tapped on it and the device resarted, I tried changing the pop up menu in the sktools tune up option but it didnt work because I thought it was the issue, also when I open resco exlorer there is an empty space between the program and the bottom bar, (see screenshots) please guys help i dont want to hard reset

Seems to be a Resco explorer bug. As I saw on their forum they will release some update to sort it out.

Resco Explorer Uninstalled but not fixed

The issue is not just resco is in every program pop up menu
