Cert-checking off ?

How to turn off certs checking? I've changed:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies]

"0000101a"=dword:1

But when I install ROM on my device, I've got default 0.

Help plz :(

I think you have to find .hv files and change

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies]

"0000101a"=dword:0 for 1
