Phone Not Ringing/Vibrating

My phone (SCH-I920) has developed a nasty habit of not ringing or vibrating for calls, emails, or text messages. It will be working just fine for a while then for no reason that I can determine it stops. The appropriate lights flash and screen changes happen, but no vibrating or ringing occurs. A soft rest seems to correct the issue, at least temporarily. This has been going on for about a week and a half now. Anyone else have this problem or have any ideas?

I'm running the standard samsung rom, no modifications in that regard. Although I did turn off the samsung interface and went to the regular WM 6.5 home screen. Other than that and a few random programs everything is as it was when I bought the phone back in December.

My i920 also stopped vibrating. It did start working again once but now has stopped again. I am awaiting a replacement i920.
